I wanted to say how impressed I was with the service and attention I received for my recent press release.

I had improperly coded a link, and your review team caught it – allowing us the time to fix it before release. The fact is, this link was written in such a way that your team must have clicked it to see it didn’t work – there was no other way they would have caught it.
Their diligence and quality assurance alone saved it from going on the wire incorrectly. While I am ashamed to have written a bad link, I am relieved we chose your service to ensure the quality of our efforts. It went out flawlessly, on schedule – thanks to you.
The immediate response seems positive – the reach is what I was expecting, and I certainly feel I got great value out of using your services. You guys were top notch, all the way.
