I am looking at helping interns in Malaysia specifically. We have many graduates who are not prepared literally for the job market and the setback is either in lack of knowledge and/or lacking in communication skills and english language.
This is an ongoing jog and after 6-9 months these interns will be having more permanent jobs in various industries.

How can I help them and motivate them and give athem a good head start? Is there any special method or techniques involved?

The above comments I read does help but could you please help with my situation an how to go about it.
Also, once interns get into the actual job market/world, how do we gauge their knowledge acquired and how can we get themj to transefr their newly acquired knowledge to the next batch of interns?

Thanks
