		<description>I completely agree with the statement about blogs that are nothing more than promotional tools for an organization. Sure, you can toss in some interesting stuff you have going on, but the focus should be on the reader, not on yourself. What is important to them?

Also, don&#039;t forget to take an active role in your own comment discussions. If your readers can carry on an active conversation with you on your blog, it adds a great deal of personalization and ownership in the blog, which is an incentive for people to participate.</description>
