CARY, N.C., March 20, 2009 — xlr8 Technologies, LLC today announced the completion of its operational merger with Bowen Technical Solutions, LLC. The combination of these two firms creates a company with the scale and resources to deliver industry-leading products and services that address clients’ online and offline IT development needs. Effective immediately, the newly combined firm will operate under the name xlr8 Technologies, LLC from its corporate headquarters located in Cary, North Carolina.
