PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 20, 2010 — Western Graphics & Data, an IGH Solutions company, recently secured an additional 19,000 square feet of production and warehouse space, significantly increasing overall capacity. The facility, which specializes in secure card personalization and packaging, now has a total of 63,000 square feet of production and office space.
"We are always seeking ways to better serve our customers, and our investment in additional space and production equipment will allow us to provide more capabilities in-house," said Scott Mitton, general manager of Western Graphics & Data. "It's important for us to respond to our customers' needs – and we are doing that with this investment."
The expansion allows the company to allocate space that will house new production equipment. This added equipment will allow for the production of open and closed loop multipacks and secure fulfillment. Also, like the existing space, the addition will be configured to meet all security requirements of Visa(R), MasterCard(R), American Express(R) and Discover(R) certification.
