Ms. Shen's practice encompasses China-related cross-border investments, mergers, acquisitions, private equity fund investments, formations and other sophisticated business transactions, with a particular emphasis on Chinese investments.

Additionally Ms. Shen has substantial experience in private equity fund investment and formation. Her expertise covers a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, entertainment, technology, renewable energy, oil and gas, power and manufacturing.

Ms. Shen has assisted a wide range of clients over the course of her career including the State Grid Corporation of China, Anton Oilfield Services Group, the venture management arm of Singapore UOB Bank, New Horizon Capital, Corporation China Finance Online, Hao Capital, and Medtronic to name a few.
