VALENCIA, Calif., Jan. 7, 2010 — Wavien, Inc. today announces that it will demonstrate the next level of improved performance 3D projectors using its patented DPR technology at CES in Las Vegas with a 3D front projector. The DPR reflector system provides viewers with a greatly enhanced 3D experience by delivering dramatically increased brightness with additional benefit of extending the lamp life of older traditional platforms by up to 3 times. Wavien has demonstrated the improvements of 3D experience using DPR on RPTV systems at technology trade shows in the past.

The same enhanced effect will also be seen in the 3D front projectors using the DPR technology."
Today's press release follows the announcement in June 2009 of a Wavien-Texas Instruments DLP(R) Products collaboration to co-promote the DPR technology for the educational front projector market.
