The acquisition of Litter Free Lunch, LLC's assets will enhance New Wave Enviro's dominant position in the "Back to School" merchandise market. "Litter Free" reusable products are making up an increasing percentage of back-to-school product sales. This summer many retailers reported these sales up 30% or more versus last year. Litter Free Lunch, LLC brings a complete line of snack bags and sandwich bags, expanding New Wave Enviro's existing line of Litter Free lunch boxes (Lunchopolis), reusable stainless steel and BPA-free plastic bottles, and stainless steel food containers. Acquiring Litter Free Lunch, LLC increases New Wave Enviro's continued efforts to reduce waste in the environment.
This season, New Wave Enviro introduced tinted stainless steel food containers with dividers and double wall hot/cold stainless steel bottles. Both new items enhance New Wave Enviro's existing line of reusable 304 food grade stainless steel products.
With such a demand for high-quality, seriously safe and reusable "Litter Free Lunch" products, New Wave Enviro's newest items have been picked up by over 3,000 health food and vitamin stores nationwide this summer.
