Effective November 1, 2013, Mr. Allan will serve as Vice President of Sales – Western Region. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Allan served as President of Elster/AMCO. Mr. Allan brings over 30 years of water utility market experience and competitor insight to Master Meter.

Other organizational changes include the promotions of Ronnie Veach to Executive Vice President, and Neal Farmer to Vice President of Sales – Eastern Region. As Executive Vice President, Mr. Veach will oversee Master Meter Canada and Master Meter Systems as well as the regional vice presidents of sales.
