TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 21, 2009 — Health Integrated, a pioneer in targeted population health management, announced today that Victor R. Dragon has joined the fast-growing company as Senior Vice President of Solutions.
In this role, Victor will lead Health Integrated’s Solutions Group which will extend on the company’s current stable of innovative solutions for health plan customers, their members, and network of providers. “Vic is a dynamic, entrepreneurial executive with deep experience in building products and platforms, leveraging technology, and most importantly in connecting to the provider and patient market,” said Steve Wigginton, President, Health Integrated. “Vic’s appointment is testament to our commitment to expand on the leadership position we have secured in targeted population management by providing solutions which further integrate health plans, providers and members for cohesive team-based health management.”

Prior to joining Health Integrated, Victor was founder and CEO of SnapDragon Medical, an online service to enable physicians and other community-based providers to exchange orders, results, and other documents related to coordinating care. Since 1996, he has worked extensively in a variety of healthcare companies in the areas of information technology, medical devices, healthcare services, mergers & acquisitions, and healthcare finance. Victor holds bachelor degrees in Economics and International Affairs from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.
