CAMBRIDGE, Mass., June 19, 2009 — While major car manufacturers are facing unprecedented financial obstacles, wholesale sales of previously owned vehicles - particularly to other countries - are thriving in the current economic climate. Average wholesale prices in May were up on a year-over-year basis for the first time since December 2007, according to ADESA Analytical Services.
