UNICO National and Marconi University Forge International Educational and Cultural Partnership

FAIRFIELD, N.J., June 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — UNICO National, the largest Italian American service and charitable organization in America and Marconi University, headquartered in Rome, Italy and accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education, announced a strategic relationship to promote educational and study abroad opportunities and to advance their shared objectives.

Under the new relationship, Marconi University is providing four scholarships for UNICO National members in undergraduate, graduate, certificate, and single course programs, which include Computer Engineering, Political Science, Cinematic Arts, Film and Television Production and Italian Language and Culture.  In addition, Marconi will offer all UNICO National members discounted courses and donate a portion of related revenues back to UNICO.  UNICO National and Marconi University have also begun exploring possibilities for future UNICO National events and activities to be hosted at Marconi's scenic campus in the historic center of Rome.  Further information regarding the scholarship application process will be available on UNICO National and Marconi University's websites in the near future.
