Tampa Bay, FL Gets Retrained by K Alliance

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 26, 2009 — The Tampa Bay area of Florida receives timely assistance as the Bay area’s leading educational solutions provider releases the K Alliance Cares Program. KACP represents a retraining incentive geared towards a reorganization of personal career talents.

The area of Tampa Bay, FL recently became recipients of an innovative stimulus in the form of the K Alliance Cares Program (KACP). The release of the local program, designed to deliver an encouragement of good cheer during the holidays, will promote a contribution of support to individuals in need of cross training into a new career or enhance their current technical proficiencies. K Alliance, based in Tampa, has positioned itself as the area’s foremost information technology training and certification providers.

As the Tampa Bay area continues to recover from the economic downturn, hiring managers and departments will seek to fill available positions with qualified individuals. The K Alliance Cares Program will assist personnel interested in cross training with materials designed to enhance their personal skills. In turn, these new and improved abilities may be utilized in order to apply for positions in the IT field as they become available.

The K Alliance Cares Program is slated to operate from present day (October 26, 2009 as of this article) until December 31, 2009. KACP offers free office productivity training courses to the first 200 applicants in the situation of unemployment. The training syllabus of the K Alliance Cares Program includes the following titles in the category of Adobe, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office 2003 and Microsoft Office 2007 courses:

  • Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Quickbooks 2008 and Quickbooks 2009
  • Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Word, versions 2003
  • Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Word, versions 2007

Each of the fourteen individual training courses, supplied in DVD format, will be offered as basic, intermediate and advanced level modules. Interested and eligible personnel have the option to receive each training level or all three classifications. Individuals who qualify for the K Alliance Cares Program may receive one (1) copy of a single training package title.

In order to receive one of the free computer training CDs detailed in the K Alliance Cares Program, an applicant must present documentation of unemployment, apply for a training course DVD before the end of business on December 31, 2009, and personally appear to accept their choice of training course DVD at the Lois Avenue offices of K Alliance in Tampa, FL. The K Alliance Cares Program will be limited to the first two hundred (200) eligible candidates.
