Stradling Deepens Intellectual Property Litigation Bench with Addition of Allan Litovsky

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Feb. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, P.C. ("Stradling") announced today that litigator and intellectual property attorney Allan Litovsky joins the Firm as Shareholder where he will be practicing out of its main office in Newport Beach, California.

Mr. Litovsky's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and arbitration matters, including unfair competition and contract disputes. He has handled a large number of disputes for businesses ranging from start-ups to major international corporations, including contract disputes, patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, licensing disputes, unfair competition and anti-counterfeiting matters in state and Federal courts across the U.S., in the International Trade Commission as well as in various arbitration forums (AAA, ICC, etc.), both domestic and international. As a registered patent attorney, Mr. Litovsky also counsels clients on their patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights. In addition to his litigation and counseling practices, he handles technology-related transactions, including joint venture agreements, research agreements, license, and outsourcing arrangements.
