A Mobile Incident Reporting Solution for Casinos

ROYAL OAK, Mich., March 30, 2012 — Resort Advantage (RA), the recognized leader in complete FinCEN and IRS compliance solutions for the gaming industry, announces Incident Report Accelerator™, the first real-time incident reporting solution for casinos!

This solution provides real-time access to any casino staff member across the property via their Smartphone, iPad, iPhone, tablet or workstation. Incident Reporter Accelerator is available to properties on-premise or via RA's hosted software-as-a-service solution.

Incident Report Accelerator provides casino staff with direct access to a variety of incidents including:

Casino floor staff members will have the ability to quickly initiate incident reports from their Smartphone, tablet, or PC without all of the manual paperwork, which lends itself to an increased volume of incident reports and more accurate data collection in preparation for suspicious activity reporting. Configuration of property-specific terminology and incident reporting profiles ensures that all suspicious activities are reported automatically in a consistent manner per the property's internal control standards.

Incidents that have been initiated within Incident Report Accelerator are automatically routed to the property's assigned supervisor team members, Security/Surveillance for further assessment, subsequent investigation, and, if appropriate, to the Compliance Team for SAR processing. Incident Report Accelerator offers business intelligence solutions to management with analytics and operational metrics evaluation of the incident report data collected.

Also, Incident Report Accelerator's integration with Resort Advantage's SAR Workflow Accelerator™ module allows for the subsequent analysis of the incident report, including collection of additional documentation to support the suspicious nature of the reported incident. Compliance staff members can then submit appropriate incident reports with supporting documentation to the SAR Committee for online review, disposition selection, and subsequent electronic filing of suspicious activity reports (SAR Form 111) to FinCEN/BSA via RA's SAR eSubmission module. The result is a completely auditable business process that encourages an increase in the awareness of the value of incident reporting at a casino property.
