QualaWash Holdings integrates tote/IBC operations into its 30-location line of services nationwide with the purchase of Manfredi Special Services, LLC
TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 30, 2010 — QualaWash Holdings, LLC (QHL) announces the purchase of Manfredi Special Services (MSS) tote/IBC operations including cleaning, maintenance, fleet management and leasing. Taking advantage of QualaWash's 30 existing sites nationwide, the MSS integration will provide shippers of totes/IBCs with the largest network of service centers in the industry while continuing to provide the highest levels of quality, service, and environmental stewardship they've come to trust.

Eric Amstutz, current EVP and COO of MSS, will serve as President of the MSS division. Amstutz brings over 20 years experience in the tote/IBC service and supply chain management industry.
