Company Re-branded as IngeniSoft, LLC
CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Oct. 3, 2005 — IngeniSoft, LLC today announced the completion of the acquisition of the assets of Pyramid Digital Solutions (Pyramid), a leading technology provider of Web-based applications for the retirement plan industry. The purchase includes Pyramid's entire suite of retirement industry solutions. The company will now operate under the name IngeniSoft, LLC which will now focus on creating a broader enterprise software platform for information management.
