On May 22, FDG held a model casting call where over 200 models turned out at the Westin Hotel at South Coast Plaza to audition for celebrity judges Kaya Jones and former OC Housewife Jeana Keough, along with other judges. The weather was perfect, the sun was shining, and the breeze was amazing. If you have to wait in line to show your body, there could not be a better place to do it in.

June 9th is going to be packed with new, up-and-coming artists that you don't want to miss. The OC Hit Factory is a music academy, record label and critically acclaimed songwriting camp. Shannon McArthur has southern roots, and uses them when writing music in his emo-punk style. Like the amazing John Mellencamp, Martin Storrow is never far from his harmonica and piano, as he revolutionizes acoustic music. When you have songs on hit television shows like "One Tree Hill" and "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," you can be no other than the OC Music Awards' "Best Pop Artist winner" Stacy Clark. A line up like this will surely make June 9th a day to remember.

The Orange County Business Journal recently announced that Marisa Kenson, Founder of Fashion Destination Group (FDG), has been chosen as one of the 2012 Woman in Business nominees. Kenson is an accomplished fashion designer and industry leader for over 20 years. Kenson is most notable for her "Invisible Belt Dress." Truly Ingenious!
