Property Procurement Systems(TM) is a real estate solution for economic sustainability and long-term growth.
TAMPA, Fla., March 12, 2009 — After 25 years of land title research and real estate product development, inventor Frank S. Pruse Jr. has filed a provisional patent pending application for a Method of Maintaining Real Property, under The Property Procurement Systems Trust.
Given the current economic turmoil in the real estate market, the creator of Property Procurement Systems(TM) (PPS) designed a real estate innovation providing a document platform to offset economic externalities through the creation of a contractual process that takes advantage of the real estate appraisal principle known as interim use.
Property Procurement Systems(TM) leverages standardized real estate practices to create a new, safe, and legally proficient process for property owners, buyers, and servicing agents to capitalize on the realities of today’s real estate market. PPS provides property owners, buyers, and investors a platform to share property risk and benefits in real estate. It minimizes the need for lending institutions to initiate foreclosure actions by creating another option for property owners who are trying to obtain short sales or loan modification for which they might not qualify.
“I feel every property owner, as a traditional homeowner, or a real estate investor, should be given every option possible to protect and prosper from property ownership. Isn’t this the underlying goal of every investor?” said Frank S. Pruse Jr. “Now, to ensure the success of that investment, we are leveling the playing field while creating multiple benefits for all involved parties. I believe these actions will encourage real estate investment and foster economic growth.”
The sharing of risk and benefits in the transaction is accomplished through the PPS Interim Use Agreement, which is the cornerstone of the system. As opposed to current real estate options, Property Procurement Systems(TM) offers additional flexibility for property owners, potential buyers, and investors to maintain a real estate investment instead of selling it for a loss because of one or more present market conditions affecting its pricing.
As Property Procurement Systems(TM) continues to emerge in the marketplace they will seek out license usage agreement partnerships within the real estate community.
