The Executive Suite opened early June 2008 and has already had significant leasing activity.
Excel Executive Suites, LLC is a subsidiary of Valley Gateway Roscoe Investments, who owns and developed 14500 Roscoe Boulevard, known as The Valley Gateway building. According to Sean Hashem, Managing Member of Valley Gateway Roscoe Investments, The Valley Gateway is an “environmentally friendly Class A building offering the best office space in San Fernando Valley with amazing panoramic mountain views.” Mr. Hashem and his associates are very excited to be part of Panorama City’s gentrification project.
