New Fiction Novel Offers Political Thrills, Adventure and Armageddon Prophecies
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 15, 2009 — The old saying goes, “Those who do not know the past will be doomed to repeat it.” In the new political fiction thriller, “Naked Escape, The Race for Peace” (published by iUniverse) by Frank and Maureen Parrella, a college professor must attempt to destroy an evil and powerful political anti-Christ figure bent on establishing a one-world government.
When Georgetown University professor Ambrose Servent attends the first meeting of the International League of Perpetual Peace in New York City, he has no idea of the historic events that would soon follow. Dr. Berthold Keintraub, a scientist known as the miracle worker in intellectual circles, agrees to speak at Georgetown, but Servent is leery and wonders if he is truly a proponent of world peace.
After Servent picks up Keintraub from Union Station, a car bomb explodes that nearly kills them all and he soon realizes his intuition is correct – Keintraub is not the man he appears to be. Servent suspects Keintraub is anti-Semitic as well as a Muslim terrorist sympathizer, but when he expresses his concerns to his fellow professors, he is shunned. As an evil anti-Christ figure rises to power, Servent must try to stop Keintraub’s regime before it is too late. Parrella writes:

About the Authors
The late Frank Alfred Parrella completed his Ph.D. in Foreign Affairs from Georgetown University, was a foreign intelligence officer with the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency and the U.S. Air Force, and served in the U.S. army during WWII.
