This conference is organized to address the workforce housing challenges and opportunities arising from the sudden growth of the oil & gas "boom towns" throughout North America. In addition to the prime issues of finding and developing short and long-term housing solutions, the conference will engage in housing-related concerns such as attracting and retaining employees as well as planning for sustainable communities.
