Paris Triangle: An International Love Affair

American history professor and two lovely ladies travel France… will he find love?

NEW YORK, Oct, 16, 2009 — American history professor Chris meets an English lady, Valerie, while she is vacationing in Paris. Valerie is an aspiring painter working in a London bookstore to make ends meet. They decide to travel to Burgundy where Chris wants to study the local wines for a book he plans to write. After that, Chris begins to teach American history at the Institute d’Anglais.

But things get more interesting when he meets a French lady, Claudia, and Valerie becomes jealous of their flirtations. All their escapades are detailed in a fun, interesting and intriguing new tale, “Paris Triangle: An International Love Affair” (published by iUniverse). In James P. Harrison’s novel, Chris also becomes friends with an Air France pilot, Francois — very much the playboy — and they fly over and around Paris in Francois’ small plane. Chris and Valerie make a short trip to Belgium for the Christmas holidays and a longer one to Rome over Easter. But Chris also takes a bike trip through southwestern France with Claudia and her new boyfriend, Guy, while Valerie works at a new job in Paris. Returning from that trip, Chris decides which love he wants to be with, and talks Valerie into returning to New York with him where he will resume his teaching job at Baruch College, CUNY. What awaits them as they board the Air France flight to New York? This novel addresses the importance of love and understanding in relationships and revels in the pleasures of food, wine and travel, as well as love.
