Kutluk Uslu appointed Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for SS7 Signaling and SMS Solutions Company

TRUMBULL, Conn., Feb. 22, 2008 — NewNet Communication Technologies, a leading provider of SS7 Signaling and Short Message Server solutions, announces the appointment of Kutluk Uslu as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. In this position, Uslu will be responsible for the overall management and the continued development of innovative technology within the SS7 and SMS solutions for NewNet CT.

Prior to his new position, Mr. Uslu held several engineering and product management positions at technology firms, including EBS, Inc., NewNet, Inc., ADC NewNet, the ADC Enhanced Services Division, and SS8 Networks Inc.
