mQlicker Launches Unique Customization Service for Organizations Using Audience Response Systems (ARS)

Free, web-based service allows users to tailor the looks and feel of their ARS to properly communicate desired brand identity and integrate their projected image with existing web presence

SYDNEY, May 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Organizations using Audience Response Systems (ARS) are now finally able to visually and seamlessly project their identity to audiences. mQlicker is the first ARS to introduce a unique tailoring service which can be used to advance and strengthen links between an organization and its partners.

Audience response systems have up until now only been available as off-the-shelf systems, which have offered little in the way of giving organizations a choice of how they present themselves to the voting audiences.

mQlicker has just introduced the much-desired ability for organizations to tailor the look and feel of its audience response system by way of a completely custom color theme and the ability to display corporate logos which allows voting audiences to have a user experience more aligned with the image and brand the organization want to project. Moreover, this brings the important benefit of enabling audiences to further their relationship with the organization via the audience interactions rather than a 3rd party service.

"An unprecedented feature of our tailoring service is the ability to use an organizational Internet domain to submit responses. This provides the audience with a more seamless user experience as it can easily blend with the organization's existing web presence," says Richard Raban, co-founder of mQlicker.

Branding creates additional organizational benefits that supplement benefits of audience interactions themselves. A classroom quiz run with a customized interface does not only test knowledge but also gives students a feeling of being part of a learning organization. A question asked during a conference presentation has a potential to say to the participants that the conference organizers care about engagement and the exchange of ideas. A branded customer survey can become a message that the company values its customers' opinions.

"The ability to tailor our cloud-based ARS service to individual organizations provides all the benefits of an in-house system without the burden of having to develop, host or maintain it – that part is handled by us," says Richard Raban, co-founder of mQlicker.
