Metallurgical High Vacuum Exhibits at Furnaces North America

Displaying New and Rebuilt Vacuum Pumps for Tough Heat Treating Applications

FENNVILLE, Mich., Oct. 1, 2010 — Metallurgical High Vacuum will show its newest vacuum pump, a 430-CFM HS 430, in Booth # 620-622 at the FNA show in Orlando, Florida*, on October 5-6, 2010. The booth will also feature information on rebuilt vacuum pumps for tough heat treating applications, at which MHV excels. Also on display will be mechanical seal retrofits for the Roots(R) 615 blower and Stokes(R) 306/310 blower.

Below the cost of a replacement unit, MHV rebuilt pumps have become the standard for many customers requiring all-new pumping capacity. "Once they get a pump from MHV, they can see the high quality that our American-made company delivers. They get a pump that looks like new and runs even better. We have customers that can go anywhere for their pump rebuilding, but they come back to MHV because of our quality and service," notes Geoff Humberstone, President. "Knowledgeable customers come back again and again for our quality and long service life, because it represents a better long-term value."

A customer at a major thermal processor recently noted: "Although they may be a bit more than some others, the MHV rebuilt pumps last longer and afford significant cost savings when compared to buying a new one. They can do it better than anyone else by a country mile."

MHV has put their vacuum experience of three decades on the line for their customers, who depend on their vacuum processing systems 24/7, with reliability, regardless of the original manufacturer: Stokes(R), Kinney(R), Tuthill MD(R), Beach-Russ(R), Leybold(R), Roots(R), Varian(R), Edwards(R) Welch(R), Ulvac(R), or others.

"We are one of the best-kept "secrets" in the vacuum business," said Geoff Humberstone, MHV President. He commented: "Our capabilities range from new and rebuilt vacuum pumps and pumping systems to design and fabrication of chambers, piping, and custom designs."
