Under the agreement, MED3OOO will provide InteGreat with substantial capital and knowledge resources for its next generation of product improvements. In addition, InteGreat will have full access to MED3OOO’s resources in the areas of advanced data warehouse reporting, disease management, population health management, and predictive health modeling. MED3OOO remains committed to providing the best solution for each customer’s specific requirements and will now include InteGreat’s EHR (IC-Chart) and other InteGreat products in its portfolio of ASP technology product offerings, which already includes leading-edge technology from Misys, Allscripts, GE (IDX), Sage, and Cerner.
