FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., April 17, 2009 — With commercial lending and new construction at near-record lows, the Land Surveying Industry, largely made up of small businesses across the country, has suffered unprecedented unemployment rates and loss of revenues. Utilizing its national platform and 28 years of experience in the industry, The Matthews Company, Inc. is attempting to help put unemployed Land Surveying personnel back to work while assisting Land Surveying business owners in rebuilding their staffs as the economy inches its way towards a more active environment in the industry, by offering free networking employment assistance to Land Surveying personnel and Land Surveying Businesses throughout the United States. The program will continue throughout 2009.
