LWG Consulting to Moderate E-Discovery Panel at National Bar Association 2010 Annual Conference

NORTHBROOK, Ill., Aug. 6, 2010 — LWG Consulting, a global provider of computer forensic and electronic evidence discovery services to law firms, announces their participation in this year's National Bar Association (http://www.nationalbar.org) annual conference in New Orleans, LA. This year's conference will be held August 8, 2010 – August 13, 2010 at the Marriott New Orleans.

Leslie Lumpkins, a Forensic & Litigation Consultant at LWG Consulting, will moderate an advanced CLE panel on Monday, August 9, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. entitled "Computer Forensics and E-Discovery is here to stay, but where is it headed?" Panelists for this presentation are: Jerry Brown of Foley & Lardner, LLP (Chicago), Derin Dickerson of Alston & Bird (Atlanta), Desa Burton of Fish & Richardson (San Diego), Dawud Burke of King & Spalding (New York), and Kelly Gordon of Cummins, Inc. (Indianapolis). This panel will focus on topics ranging from E-Discovery implications in matters involving trade secret misappropriation, as well as the many dangers that corporations today face as a result of the widespread use of social media applications such as Facebook and Twitter. The speakers will also discuss topics including strategies for handling a litigation hold when E-Discovery is involved, state-level adoption of electronic evidence discovery rules, and strategies attorneys can take to put together winning litigation teams.
