Local Bay Area House Flipper Is a Regular Feature on National Television HGTV Series, Flip It to Win It

Official Viewing Party is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2014, in Downtown Walnut Creek

WALNUT CREEK, Calif., March 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — San Francisco Bay Area real estate investor, Beau Eckstein, stars in HGTV's latest reality show, "Flip It to Win It," and alongside East Bay Event Coordinator, Cynthia Sandoval, will be hosting the official "Viewing Party" this Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at Pro Home Systems in Downtown Walnut Creek, CA. Guests will walk the red carpet, be photographed, and wined and dined as they view the latest HGTV episode alongside Beau and fellow cast members.

Beau Eckstein has also been approached to be a local Ambassador for the Lazarex Cancer Foundation. Lazarex is a Bay Area based non-profit, providing resources for cancer patients, nationwide, who've been told they have no other options, but who are not yet done with their journey in life and refuse to give up now.

Fighting cancer is something Beau feels strongly about. His mother fought her battle with breast cancer on two different occasions, while his aunt recently lost her battle. While guests will be wined and dined on Tuesday evening, all gratuities will be donated to Lazarex Cancer Foundation. Beau has taken his support a step further and has agreed to donate 10% of the profits from his next flip, to Lazarex's mission.

The HGTV show pits six teams of real estate investors against each other as they try to make the most profit by flipping foreclosed and distressed houses. The teams buy properties at auction, renovate the homes and sell them for a profit.

Beau is well positioned to provide a variety of real estate investing services by having a private money fund which works with numerous top investors, builders and developers of the Bay Area. He helps real estate investors identify key markets for cash flow properties, offers project consultations, and provides real estate management services.
