ITASCA, Ill., Sept. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Lemko Corporation and Partner Challenge Networks have deployed a commercial mobile broadband solution enabling the first LTE phone call for the Telecom Service Kiribati Limited (TSKL), a 22-island nation located in the central Pacific Ocean.
