ELKHORN, Wis., Aug. 4, 2006 — Some of our biggest accomplishments in life are projects that we take on; there is nothing more rewarding than taking an old car that looks like it is ready for the scrapyard and turning it into a thing of beauty.
Often when we first decide on a project, including an addition to the house, turning our yard from a mess into a thing of beauty, or simply redecorating a room in our house, it can be daunting as the realization occurs at just how much work or expense is needed, but the finished project at the end is reward enough in our time, faith and money. It is also an achievement when we decide to become fitter through diet and exercise and the photographs from before and after can help us to keep on the straight and narrow. Not all before-and-after memories are as pleasant; the before-and-after photographs following a natural disaster like a storm, hurricane or tornado can cause great pain and misery.
