Baca, of Las Vegas, NM, placed a $10 main bet and a $5 side bet on "Lady Luck" Blackjack early Saturday evening, June 1st. He was dealt two Queens of Hearts and the dealer got a Blackjack. With that exact card combination, Baca received a 1,000 to 1 payout, and winnings of $5,000.
