LONG BRANCH, N.J., April 16, 2008 — J.F. Kiely Construction Co. announces the promotion of Raymond Sexton IV to Supervisor of Water Construction and Dwayne Dentz to C.A.D. Draftsperson in the Survey Department. Both positions will enhance J.F. Kiely Construction Co.'s efforts to provide quality service to its underground utility customers.
