It is this Scripture passage, George writes, that is another piece of the puzzle about Jesus’ material circumstances and how his sacrifice translates into blessings for modern Christians.

About the Author: Sunny George was born in a traditional Christian Muthalaly family of Travancore and was raised by God-fearing parents. He served in youth ministries, campus ministries and various other church activities from a very young age. After high school, he chose to study chemistry and worked as a research chemist in the field of polymeric materials development for automotive companies, later working as technical manager for several years. During this career, God called him to be in the ministry. George founded the International Christian Assembly in the Detroit area. “Jesus Christ: A Carpenter of Nazareth?” is his first book.
