Rev. Medgar L. Reid is the Outreach Pastor of Elderslie-St. Andrews United Methodist Church (Rev. Terry McCain, Senior Pastor) in Mt. Washington, Maryland. Since 1994, he has served as the On-Call Staff Chaplain of the 10,000 employee, 250,000 patients per year, University of Maryland Medical System/Shock Trauma Unit and The International Counter-Terrorist Officers Association. He is also the Overseer for Agabus Ministries (RMCM) where he operates in the offices of Bishop and Apostle (May 2008 Jerusalem, Israel).
