New Products Capture Consumer Attention Using Innovative 3-D Technologies
INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, Minn., June 24, 2009 — IGH Solutions, the world leader in motion and dimensional printing, announces the introduction of two new large format lenticular products to its Dynamic Images(R) product line. These new products, which include images sized up to four-by-eight feet, are specially designed to create super deep 3-D graphics.
The new Super-3D product offers spectacular 3-dimensional effects with unmatched printing and imaging capabilities. The Ultra-3D product offers astonishing clarity and detail, with absolutely mind-blowing 3-D image depth. "The viewer actually feels like they can reach deep into the image … and the image can be offered in a huge, attention-grabbing size," said David Gilbert, vice president of business development for IGH Solutions.
With more than 60 3-D film projects in development, Gilbert noted that the new Dynamic Images(R) products were originally intended to promote Hollywood blockbuster movies. But many other product marketers are leveraging the 3-D phenomenon to promote their products. "From consumer electronics to consumer packaged goods, marketers are jumping on the '3-D bandwagon,'" Gilbert said. "Consumers consider 3-D to be cutting edge. Marketers see how large format 3-D graphics engage and interact with the viewer, so when they want their marketing campaigns to create buzz they look to these types of graphics to get results."

The patented technology behind the Dynamic Images(R) line of products offers a variety of special effects in both backlit and reflective formats. Effects include 3-D and animation effects, including full motion video, flip, morph, zoom and a combination.
