Leidecker and Eastburn co-founded the non-profit HypnoFertility Foundation in 2009. Leidecker's personal infertility experience combined with his longstanding entrepreneurial and hypnosis backgrounds and a decade's worth of Eastburn's work specifically with hypnosis for fertility, along with her own fertility challenge inspired the partnership.
