The Institute has developed a revolutionary approach that focuses on assisting the American worker to take more control of their work life, instead of relying solely on their employer to look out for their best interest and career.
The Employee Empowerment Institute has three primary objectives: personal empowerment education, employee advocacy and personal empowerment development facilitation.
