WHAT: Zoidberg from the hit series, Futurama, will make appearances around town on a giant DVDs for Fox Home Entertainment's release of Futurama: Volume 7 on DVD and Blu-ray. In celebration of seven successful volumes, Fox Home Entertainment will host a Twitter campaign allowing fans and passersby to tweet and repost their pictures with the life size artwork to enter into an exclusive online sweepstakes. The displays will make their way around LA from December 13 – 15, 2012 and participants who tweet a photo of the oversized DVDs along with the hashtag, #FuturamaV7DVD, will be entered to win limited edition prizes.
The sweepstakes features Five (5) Volume 7 DVD box sets autographed by series creator [Matt Groening] among other Futurama-inspired prizes. From December 11 – 21, 2012 a general sweepstakes will be available to the whole United States.
