MALVERN, Pa., Aug. 3, 2009 — Frontier Service Design, LLC, a leading innovation strategy firm for service-related companies, announced today the hiring of Susan Stipa as Vice President, who will oversee company operations as well as marketing for the organization.

Stipa was most recently a Global Strategic Vice President for De Lage Landen Financial Services, where she developed marketing outreach strategies for penetration of new office technology markets. She also has applied creative marketing strategy to helping grow business in the senior living industry, and co-founded the Philadelphia-based marketing communications and public relations agency, McLaughlin and Morgan, in the 1980s. That agency focused on the pharmaceutical and petroleum industries, based upon her experience as a chemical engineer for Hoffmann La Roche, Inc.
The problem-solving skills inherent in engineering have yielded career-long benefits. “I have always enjoyed the challenge of coming into a business with a fresh perspective, analyzing and recommending. As the first US firm to commercialize service design, Frontier Service Design allows me to indulge my life-long passion for helping clients look at things from an alternate viewpoint,” said Stipa.
