Free Tool Scores Efficacy of Google AdWords vs. Google Display Advertising

CHICAGO, July 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Google AdWords expert Perry Marshall offers a free tool that judges the viability of advertising on Google’s search engine vs. millions of websites in Google’s Display Network. The tool adds a comment: “Search is likely to be number four, five or six in your list of traffic sources.” This indicates that advertising channels outside of Google, such as email, are likely to be even better.

-Many people actively search for Nutritional supplements, but “interrupt” driven advertising works almost equally well. Score: Search = 7.2, Display = 6.8.
