DALLAS, April 9, 2008 — Debt Settlement America (DSA) is first in the debt settlement industry to be confirmed for continuing certification as a "TASC Best Practices" Accredited Member Company. Originally accredited in April of 2007, DSA successfully completed another rigorous and detailed audit by independent third-party auditor BSI Management Systems.
The Association of Settlement Companies (TASC) launched the "TASC Best Practices" accreditation program with BSI in December of 2006. Certification through this accreditation process ensures that a member company is meeting the highest level of quality and service for their clients.
DSA leads the industry when it comes to business practices and remaining client focused. DSA President and CEO Chris Kesterson applauds his employees as he states, "Our DSA management team used our 2007 best practices third-party audit recommendations as a chance to create more efficiencies and more client-based streamlined processes throughout our company. 2008 is proving to be a stellar year as far as industry recognition for Kesterson and his DSA team. At the TASC 2008 Annual Convention in Las Vegas in February, they were awarded the TASC Member Company of the Year 2007 President’s Award for their work in the industry.

DSA is distinguished as an International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators (IAPDA) "Gold Level Firm" member as well as a member of the US Chamber of Commerce and a member of the prestigious Texas Association of Businesses.
