FLORESVILLE, Texas, Oct. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Floresville Residence and Rehabilitation Center is implementing new upgrades to its senior living facility with help from its owner, Paragon Healthcare Group. The new ownership means that Floresville Residence and Rehabilitation Center is now able to enhance its facility with state-of-the-art amenities, more therapy programs, and improved training for staff.

Improvements include removing the old carpeting and installing new floors. Paragon Healthcare Group will also be renovating the entire south wing to have updated resident rooms, bathrooms and common rooms. Floresville Residence and Rehabilitation Center will also enhance its memory care unit to strengthen its program.
Finally, Paragon Healthcare Group will offer the staff more training to improve the facility's patient outcomes and more satisfied residents. The training program will be led by Stephanie Espinosa, RN, RAC-CT, C-NE, VP of Clinical and Ancillary Services at Paragon Healthcare Group. She will help ensure the staff receives proper training for complex care cases and will provide support for staff to improve their level of care.
Paragon Healthcare Group also plans to introduce more amenities for the residents such as an expanded dining menu that features home-cooked meals, Wi-Fi access, and aesthetic improvements to patient rooms and common areas.
