This summer, the New York based company is gearing up to share its insight and offerings at the Health 2.0 conference, a showcase of cutting-edge health care innovations, taking place in Manhattan on July 24th. Executives from the company will also attend the Accountable Care Expo, the nation's premiere Accountable Care collaboration event taking place in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 7th.
Nathalie Bloch, MD, Fitango's Chief Medical Officer, will represent the company at Health 2.0's panel discussion on the importance of treatment adherence and disease prevention to reduce healthcare costs. Bloch is excited to meet with like-minded attendees at the showcase, and introduce Fitango's health care solutions.

A New England Journal of Medicine study found that one in five patients being discharged from hospitals is readmitted within 30 days. Fitango hopes that their web-based solution, which combines step-by-step health adherence guides, social support and education, will improve wellness outcomes for patients by helping health care providers improve their quality of care.
