What to Expect from a Fertility Expert: Conversations with Three Prominent Fertility Specialists is Fertile Heart's New E-Book, Which Clarifies Some of the Most Important and Confusing Questions About Fertility Today

WOODSTOCK, N.Y., Jan. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Julia Indichova, founder of www.FertileHeart.com, and the author of the popular Inconceivable (Three Rivers Press, 2001), announced today the publication of her new e-book, What to Expect from a Fertility Expert: Conversations with Three Prominent Fertility Specialists.

In What to Expect from a Fertility Expert, Indichova interviews three of America's most renown fertility specialists—Sami David, Jamie Grifo, and Jonathan Scher—about their practices, their assumptions, and their results. She asks them the questions that potential clients, including those just beginning their journey and those who have tried assisted reproductive technologies such as IVF without success, would ask.

The new e-book is adapted from transcripts of the ongoing Guest Teacher Teleconference Series, initiated by www.FertileHeart.com in 2004. The series features experts in all aspects of reproductive health, including practitioners of both mainstream and holistic healing modalities.  Some of the past speakers include Marc Goldstein, M.D., F.A.C.S. Surgeon-in-Chief at Cornell Institute for Reproductive Medicine and New York Times bestselling author Mary Shomon.

Says Indichova: "At a time when an average consultation fee with a reputable reproductive endocrinologist runs anywhere from $500 to $1000, not including testing costs, the e-book offers women and couples a sneak preview of a diagnostic intake, providing them with information that could potentially save them thousands of dollars in treatments, and years of heartache. "

Aside from their track record, the fertility specialists featured in the e-book present sobering critical observations of the growing infertility industry with its poor diagnostic practices, misuse of assisted reproduction, omission of simple testing that can easily be done—but is often overlooked—that can make the difference between success and failure of assisted reproductive technologies and more.

For over a decade and a half Indichova's original Fertile Heart™ Ovum Program (link to video excerpts of program http://www.fertileheart.com/home/fertility-success-stories-video/), which includes international teleconferences, workshops and a second book, The Fertile Female: How the Power of Longing for a Child Can Save Your Life & Change the World  (Adell Press 2007)—have supported hundreds of women along their fertile paths, often eliminating the need for assisted reproductive technologies.

The Fertile Heart™ program begins with a philosophy that empowers each patient to fully engage in their own healing, which includes lifestyle changes, carefully crafted visualization techniques, movement and nutrition guidance.

Julia Indichova's involvement in reproductive health began 20 years ago, when she herself received a devastating diagnosis of "hopeless secondary infertility." She then embarked on a journey of self-healing that resulted in natural conception and a healthy baby girl born a few months before her 45th birthday.

The author says that she hopes the new e-book will help women and men facing fertility difficulties to look at all their treatment options:

"In most cases it's not an either/or proposition.  People don't usually have to choose between the Fertile Heart™ Program or other holistic healing modalities, and the many forms of assisted reproduction.  My hope is that reading the— at times very different— views expressed in these sessions, might evoke an inner dialogue with the fertility expert within each reader as they choose the most health-enhancing next step toward parenthood.
