The Product is distributed as a bottle containing six (6) blue-colored capsules per package. The label on the packaging lists the company name Global Wellness, LLC, Hollywood, Florida.
Lot number A032111 03/13 is covered in this recall.
This voluntary recall has been initiated due to recent concerns that an ingredient contained in two lots of VIA XTREME ULTIMATE SEXUAL ENHANCER DIETARY SUPPLEMENT FOR MEN contain sulfoaildenafil methanesulfonate, sulfosildenafil and dimethylsildenafil, which is not marketed due to safety concerns. At this time, Global Wellness, LLC is aware of no serious adverse events resulting from consumers ingesting this product.
No illnesses have been reported to Global Wellness, LLC to date in connection with these products.
With an abundance of caution, Global Wellness, LLC is voluntarily recalling Lot number A032111 03/13 VIA XTREME ULTIMATE SEXUAL ENHANCER DIETARY SUPPLEMENT FOR MEN.
This recall does not affect sales and distribution of SLIM XTREME GOLD™ and GELSLIM™.
Customers should examine their stocks immediately to determine if they have any VIA XTREME ULTIMATE SEXUAL ENHANCER DIETARY SUPPLEMENT FOR MEN on hand. If so, discontinue sale and use of the product and promptly return them to Global Wellness, LLC for a full refund. The address is:
