Exit Planning Institute Opens Northeast Ohio Chapter

Organization Provides CPAs, Attorneys, M&A Advisors, Wealth Managers, Financial Advisors and Other Professionals with Education and Networking Opportunities, and Collaboration to Better Serve Business Owners Planning Their Exit/Transition

CHICAGO, Oct. 25, 2011 — The Exit Planning Institute, the premier international membership organization serving the educational and resource needs of the exit planning profession, today announced the opening of the Northeast Ohio Chapter, serving the Greater Cleveland and Akron areas.

"The Exit Planning Institute provides the best resources, educational curricula, and networking structure to better serve business owners 'planning their exit from their company,'" said Christopher M. Snider, CEPA, chapter president.

The chapter currently has approximately 30 members. Its mission is to build collaboration among professional advisors in order to promote common business interests, develop educational events for business owners and advisors, and encourage the adoption of best practices in the exit planning profession.

Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month. CPAs, financial advisors, attorneys, management consultants, M&A advisors and other professional advisors in the Northeast Ohio area interested in learning about the organization should contact Christopher M.
