LOS ANGELES, Dec. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — While A-Listers had to gather in stadium-style seating, at the 26th Street Armory in New York, to catch a glimpse of world-famous Victoria's Secret Angels Alessandra Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel and Behati Prinsloo, in full winged Victoria's Secret regalia; viewers at home got to enjoy unrivalled, close-ups of their favorite Angels in action – thanks to the STAB-C COMPACT by Nettmann Systems International.

Running parallel to the famed runway on the custom ACE/R-T-S TrackRunner, the STAB-C COMPACT worked silently to provide the best live footage for those of us who were unable to land those exclusive tickets to the highly anticipated show. As a result, home viewers got the very best seats in the house – right next to the runway.

Known in the industry as the provider of choice for remote and robotic equipment for feature films, television, and commercials, Atlantic Cine Equipment (ACE) put together a custom solution to address the extensive shot list put together by Director, Hamish Hamilton, and his Chief Cameraman, Cameron Barnett.   "The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is a high profile show," said Randy Greer Sr., Managing Partner of ACE. "Our goal was to give viewers the very best Victoria's Secret experience, while providing Hamish with the tools to exercise his creative latitude. To do this, we ran one ACE/R-T-S TrackRunner, parallel to the runway, and attached the STAB-C COMPACT for superior camera stabilization. A second TrackRunner was placed at the end of the runway, which included a TrackRunner mounted LiftArm, with the Nettmann MINI-C, sporting a film style camera package"

ACE's strategic partner, R-T-S Rail & Tracking Systems, a family-owned & operated company based in Germany, helped to provide the custom solution for the show. "We've tried all the current stabilized remote heads," said Daniel Pfleger, of R-T-S, "but only the combination of the STAB-C COMPACT and TrackRunner helped to capture the perfect shots. No other stabilized head was able to achieve the superior level of stabilization required for cameras traveling at high velocity speeds."

Gliding effortlessly, at speeds of up to 30 mph, the STAB-C COMPACT cradled the camera, which captured the models as they strutted their stuff. This meant you, the viewer, got to see Candice Swanepoel walk the runway, wearing that $10 million Royal Fantasy Bra, as if you were right there.  And when Taylor Swift stole the show with her hit, Trouble, the STAB-C COMPACT captured every nuance of her performance without any trouble at all.

The Award-Winning, 5-axis, STAB-C COMPACT offers users the choice of both an Aerial Cinematography System, AND a Stabilized Remote Head. The COMPACT features an "open architecture" design, which accommodates an almost limitless range of cameras and payloads.

Nettmann Systems International is a family-owned, multi award-winning, high-tech development company specializing in stabilized cinematography equipment.
