LOS ANGELES, Feb. 11, 2010 — e-Val MD has launched the first professional, all-purpose medical history & physical (H&P) examination tool for the iPhone and iPod touch.
The e-Val MD software allows the medical practitioner to turn an H&P examination into an electronic medical record (EMR) with a simple, easy-to-use touch-screen interface – and do so while away from the desk or in between patient rounds. The user can create, access, manage, and export an unlimited number of patient records using e-Val MD's fully functional history and physical examination modules.
